Several individuals experimenting, but adoption is not yet team-wide. Max Shevchenko actively using Claude Code for SPIFF config and org diagnostics. Mohammad Alazzouni iterating on intake templates with AI. Nastia Vujovic used Claude for questionnaire automation. Max Votek running personal activation sessions (Alex Pasco, Max Solovyov). Claude Design tested but hit token limits immediately. Kevin has not yet engaged with AI tools.

Vision is clear, but no specific new MD files or GitHub contributions mentioned. Mohammad Alazzouni is compressing knowledge into Claude Code instructions. The concept of centralized GitHub-based knowledge was reiterated. Max Votek asked team to start listing artifacts each meeting. No concrete new files, prompts, or standards were demonstrated or committed during this session.

Configuration workflow showing real results. Documentation and testing workflows not yet started. Claude Code successfully created plans, quotas, and rules in SPIFF — this is the most tangible AI workflow progress. Intake guide template is functional (MVP). Org diagnostics workflow emerging as a bonus. Technical/solution design document mentioned as next priority but not started. No testing workflow discussed.

Validation blocked by broken demo org. Feedback process still messy. Valeria cannot validate the SPIFF setup end-to-end because the designer is broken. Multiple feedback iterations on the intake guide made it "blurry" — the team realized they need a cleaner feedback process (dedicated comments column). No structured UAT workflow exists yet. Need a working org (sandbox or new training org) before real validation can happen.

Conceptually understood but not yet measurable in practice. Max Votek articulated the vision: traditional PM/solution lead/functional consultant roles compressing. Mohammad Alazzouni is acting as both requirements gatherer and pseudo-client manager with Valeria. Max Shevchenko wearing multiple hats (config + org diagnostics). Early signs of compression visible but no formal role redesign or documented reduction.

Not discussed in this meeting beyond the high-level vision. No new pricing models proposed. No client proposals with revised structure. The scissors effect (cost down, output up, margin up) was restated as the goal but no concrete steps toward fixed-price or outcome-based engagements. This workstream needs dedicated attention in upcoming meetings.

Progress tracker introduced. PM resource (Max Solovyov) engaged. Still no profitability or forecasting answers. Max Votek introduced the Cloudflare-hosted progress tracker to measure meeting-over-meeting progress. Max Solovyov has delivery project context and raised Ruggwer/Salesforce collaboration status. Still cannot answer: profitability by project, planned vs actual, or forecasting accuracy.

Not discussed in this meeting. No progress on specialized agents (documentation agent, customization agent, testing agent). No orchestration design. The team is still in the "learning by doing" phase with general Claude Code usage. Agent specialization remains a future workstream.

Multiple accelerator candidates emerging organically from real work. Org Diagnostics explored and found "quite useful for introduction of services to United Way" — potential packaged accelerator. Questionnaire automation by Nastia Vujovic (Claude answering client questionnaire) described as "really impressive" — another candidate. AI-assisted SPIFF configuration itself is the primary accelerator being built. No formal packaging (slides, demo, video) yet.
